My name is Arden Nolan-Meharg, I am a qualified Level 2 (NVQ) Early Years Childcare practitioner with years of experiences and a full DBS check. I am fully vaccinated from Covid-19 and have had my boosters.
I am trained in paediatric first-aid and have completed training in Safeguarding, The SEND code of practice, Equality and Diversity, Looked after children, Food Hygiene and Administration of medication and more. You can view all documentation in my Qualification Section and you can request to see the physical copies at our first meeting before I start looking after your children.
I am fully insured by Morton Michel for Public and Products Liability, Legal Expenses, Property Damage and Personal Accident.
I am a hardworking individual with good time management and open to flexible arrangements where my schedule allows. I enjoy matching myself to the children's interests and their individual needs and helping to nurture their growth. I believe in fostering a proper sense of trust between myself and my client as well as the children I care for.
