Making music!

Today we started out by Painting on kitchen tissue, splotting the paint over the tree branches to give a cherry blossom effect, First I created one and then she copied. After that we played with the Thomas the tank engine tent pretending to be the conductor. When we got back from the shops we went out into the garden, creating some fun musical instruments used a big bottle to make different sounds filling it up in different ways with stones and sand, listening to the different sounds and volumes. We also filled another bottle with water and added blue food colouring, shaking it to make another sound. We also found a snail friend in the garden, saying hello before heading back inside to chill out and play with trains.
